My reasoning for that is that girls are physically weaker so if they initiate touch first it’s “safer” to do so.

if a girl ever tried to physically harass a guy, the guy can just tackle her away.

I dont think we should enable even more snowflakism. If a man goes in for a kiss or a feel, she can just tell him know and literally - NO HARM IS DONE. We're telling women that they are helpless weak victims like this and making men afraid to be men

It's more complicated than that. A woman who wants to be kissed will let a man know with her body language -- she touches him in conversation, and when there is an opportunity she stands close and makes it easy for him.
