The old saying that "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result" and as 0 for, well a very large number. Any tips would be nice. (Also should be noted she's way out if my league)

Telling someone you like them, just basically involved you having to get out of your comfort zone and getting vulnerable. Your fear is rejection obviously, but how can you ever know if she likes you back without asking? Life isn’t over if you get rejected, it just gives you a way of heading into a different direction and moving on

Have a conversation with her first and take it slowly (but not too slow). Don't rush to tell her until you feel that she's comfortable enough. Just try it, you'll never know if she's also attracted to you.. 😊

One has to forget about one's insecurities and move on her. Talk a little bit but ask her out sooner than later. The more time we talk the more likely we men are to hit a nerve that could have been avoided...
