How to let a woman know I like her?

When it comes to letting a woman know I like her I realize I’m horrible. I tend to treat everyone the same, even the girl I like for fear of rejection and coming off weird. I also don’t talk to much, and sometimes trying to talk to the woman I like comes off as forced/interview type (unless I joke around which admittedly I do a lot). There are two women at work I like, but have a hard time trying to see if anyone of them likes me. When it comes to choosing one and showing my interest causes me to sweat and I also tend to stutter when I am around them. Then I see them having great conversations with other guys, which makes me feel a little jealous. The reason for that is that I am unable to have such conversations, because if I do get them talking it’s very short. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to keep them engaged. Yet I do want a relationship and these two are incredible women as from what I see this far. Just trying to gauge which one would want me to approach. I need some advice

Oh man, I came at the right time friend. I've been looking for a question like this!!

Here's what you do:

Go up to her and say hi. Then say "Hey do you mind if I get your phone number? You're the only one I don't have."

After she gives it to you, say:

"Cool, thanks! It's strictly for work. I promise I won't text you and tell you how cute you are."

Then walk away, and about 10 seconds later, text her: "Hey, you're cute"

I've done this little trick many times at work and it works every time. I promise

I don't know why it works, because it's kinds dumb, but it damn well does.
I think it's because it portrays confidence, cutting to the chase like men should, and a sense of humor. It also breaks the ice into tinted little pieces.

She'll start texting you back and the two of you can get to know each other better.

Or she won't because she's not into you, but either way you can't lose.
Either you'll get her in your pocket, or you'll know how she really feels and know to move on.
Life is too short for wishy washy guessing and "what ifs". Grab it by the balls and go for it.

Maybe instead of asking a bunch of questions, it might be more helpful if you just started off a conversation talking about something you're interested in. Maybe a new movie or show you've seen, music, current events, social media, jokes are a great ice breaker. The trick to continuing a conversation is just adding in some additional information, making connections with your own life, or getting excited about what you're talking about. It might also be easier joining into a group conversation rather than a 1-on-1 conversation since you seem to be a bit shy. You could also just walk up and give them a sincere compliment on their hair, nails, makeup, attire, laugh, smile, personality, work ethic, etc. People love compliments and if it seems genuine that will make them more likely to open up to you. Also always make sure you're smiling, high energy, and have open body posture. Try not to invade their personal space and definitely don't comment on their body because that usually comes off as creepy. Most women will be friendly so long as you're respectful. Good luck! A lot of your struggle sounds less like lack of personality and more like fear making you overly cautious and self conscious around women you actually like. Instead of trying to impress them or force deep conversations, focus on being a little more direct and consistent with small signs of interest like teasing, asking personal questions, remembering details, and inviting one of them to something simple outside of work. You do not need perfect chemistry immediately because confidence usually grows after taking action, not before it.
