Should I start dating after the 2022 holiday seasons or wait until the spring of 2023?

I’m trying to decide on how soon I could start dating again after all the craziness the year 2022 was been 🤪. I’m also thinking on taking a year off from all the datings

Well, I don't know if waiting or taking a year off from dating is the right move. If you feel overwhelmed somewhat, then just go on less dates. Also, what else do you have in your life to keep you busy, motivated, and preoccupied? It shouldn't just be predominatly dating which should be the main focus of your life.
