Will nocontact work if I chased him before?

He told me that he has no longer feeling for me because we are in ldr.. We were in a long term relationship before he travels.. i chased him.. i tried because i love him But then we brokup I want him back what should i do?

You need to figure out how to let him go. If he has no feelings for you and has told you this, why would you want to be in a relationship with someone that doesn’t care for you? I know it is tough to swallow, but finding ways to let him go is the best advice I can give.

You see, it isn’t fair to him or you to keep trying to force a relationship that isn’t there. This sort of thing happens all the time. Also, being a LDR, it is an even better idea to break things off for good since you are not going to be bumping into each other.

Do things like hobbies you enjoy. Take up new hobbies if you must. They key is to keep busy. You also want to make sure you have a healthy lifestyle. Eating right and exercising help keep you and your body/mind happy.

Last thing I can suggest is leaning on family and friends for support when you feel down. Even seeking professional counseling might be an option if you really cannot break through. Best of luck to you.

I understand how difficult this must be. Especially being engaged. The issue is that you really need to look at what it is. No matter how much you love him, he doesn’t reciprocate those feelings.

Look at it this way, if he said he would give it another shot, you are always going to have to live with the fact that he does not have the same feelings for you that you have for him. That is not something you can force.

You need to try your best to start to get over him. It is NOT going to be easy. Never said it would be. I gave some advice, but if you struggle that much, you may want professional help to deal with the heartbreak.
