How do I get him to chase me again?

I and a guy were flirty and he said he likes me. He seemed shy and I said you seem like you are not into me and are too shy.. he said no, I really want you and you are beautiful. But hasn’t made arrangements to see me. And has backed off a bit. He has been a little busy with work lately. What can I do to get him to chase me? I don’t want to push him away. Any tips to make him feel comfortable enough to see me for a date?
