Women shown in picture could've got a lot better looking partner but they made a choice like this. So do they regret it later

Don't tell me bullshit like women don't go for looks they go for personality. I agree personality matters too but I both genders need some level of physical attraction to even fall for his/her personality.

So my doubt is just for the sake showing their open-mindedness to the outside world deep inside do these type of women regret later.

They do if they were NEVER cool with it to begin with. Women rely a lot on thier feelings when choosing a guy, which is why they choose so badly most of the time. A woman may decide to slum when Hattie after Hattie disappoints her. But she's not really choosing that guy. She's relegating herself to that guy. In other words the guys is STILL going to have to work twice as hard to keep her. It's pretty much a coin flip whether she stays wit him or not. Some women cannot just get passed his unattractiveness no matter how great his personality may be.
