so i have gone out with this girl for two times the first time i asked her to go out, and at the end of the first date she asked me to go out, then we texted for some days i initiated contact with her, and she initiated contact with me, then i initiated contact with her and asked her out again and said that is busy, i said ok no problem then i asked again and said again that is busy maybe next week, so i asked the next week and said that is busy again, now she still hasn't initiated to text me since last time, but if i text her she always responds before she used to respond sooner like 1 or 2 hours but now she takes like 5/6 hours sometimes the next day but writes complete books has response and now i don't know what to do, to me seems like she liked me at the dates but now i don't understand it's like something happened in his life or maybe i did something wrong i just don't understand, i asked her if i have done something wrong and she said no and wants to meet me but maybe she was just lying, maybe she just doesn't has enough courage to tell me to go away i don't know, i am so confused now i have no idea what to do uff,

There is no real reason for her to meet you. You see her as above you, have displayed needy behavior, and have not qualified her with any quality control. Out of all of the other guys she's met, there is no difference and no reason for her to worry about losing you. But this occurs because you don't yet know your own worth, life purpose, and have no real reason to be dating her other than just 'going through the motions' (or boredom, seeking of pleasure or from loneliness). This is why she can't be bothered. But if you were on your purpose, working on discovering why you are here on this planet, not placing her above you, not needy, and finding out who you are, she would naturally be drawn towards you, and you would naturally be assessing her worth to see if she was suitable, or good enough to be in your life.

In short, stop wasting your time expending energy on this random girl and get on your purpose.
