If someone says that to you (a guy) what it means bad or good?

It means he believes you're living in a fantasy world and not dealing with reality. So, in your fantasy world it may make sense, but not in the real world. It's not something you want to hear from your partner.

It's possible you believe you can accomplish your goals, yet he doesn't believe either you or he are capable of achieving those goals. Don't let someone hold you back from achieving realistic goals, but don't live with your head in the clouds all the time, either.
