Boyfriend’s been traveling for work and I had to stay home because of my college exams. Whenever I try to have a conversation with him, he takes hours to respond. But whenever he turns the conversation sexual he responds quickly (and it goes for hours) and honestly it makes me wonder if that’s all he wants from me.
When he’s home, we barely have conversations. I miss talking to him like we did before. I’m not sure if I’m overthinking but I feel used.

Note: the only reason I respond to his sexting is cause I really miss talking to him.

He’s around my age and yes it’s happening over text messaging.
We don’t see each other often because I’m busy with uni.
But whenever we’re together we don’t talk as often anymore.

I have no idea. I didn’t do anything, he started acting like this suddenly. I just wish he would talk to me about it.

You could try being direct.

Ask him about what's bothering you, and be willing to walk away (or at the very least, pull back, including the sexting) if he dodges it or gives you excuses.

Hard to say. Perhaps he’s just busy and when he sexts you he has free time.
