He (30) broke up with me (37) a couple months ago. I had a moment of insecurity that caused a big fight. He calls and texts regularly. I’ve ghosted a couple of times because it felt like it was going no where. We were intimate once 3 weeks ago b/c I slipped up but have since stopped.
He picks me up from the airport, we alternate texting good morning and always say good night, he watches movies with me at my place. I live 40 mins away and he always drives to me. When I had an issue at work he stopped his day and called to let me vent and talk it out. If he misses my call, he calls back within the hour and his texts are prompt. He is very friendly and polite with some light flirting irregularly. We see each other every 7-10 days buuut we aren’t together.
He is currently working a job, running his business and is in school (MBA). I told him that he needs to decide if he wants me in his life. He says he feels overwhelmed & doesn’t have time or want pressure. I haven’t sought a response yet b/c I’m scared to force it and he doesn’t seem to want to talk about it. I want to get back together but I can’t tell what he wants or if he’s stringing me along.
I love him but also I love myself. I don’t want to add pressure to his already max capacity. He may be talking to other girls. I don’t ask so I don’t know. Sooo what is happening? Does he love me? Should I move on? I don’t understand male minds.
