Learn to live without the bullshit of what they call relationships. Life is infinitesimally better. Modern women are absolutely nothing but trouble anyway. Men can live alone. That's one of our strengths. We can work for months in isolation or fight for years in war completely cut off from women and get by just fine. Women can't do that. I thought the same thing when I though of the idea of becoming a lesbian (now my sexual preferente is pansexual) is very normal actually. But, in reality just having that idea that doesn't mean it's going to work much better than being straight or whatever sexual preference the person has. I learned that it doesn't who you're with, people are going to either make it easier or just plain make it a lot harder for you. I have worked with and known a lot of homosexual men.

I can tell you that as much as heterosexual dating/mating has turned into a vicious anti-male dysfunctional shit show, the gay world is and has always been worse.
About half of heterosexual relationships/marriages fail.
I know of only one male homosexual relationship that has endured and I know of no lesbian relationships that survived.
If you have an honest conversation with an older homosexual man, he will probably tell you that most gay men have utterly miserable lives as they lurch from one dysfunctional relationship to the next, with long periods of loneliness. That is one of the reasons why they have a high suicide rate.
