I'd call it a tie, but different. Women are generally more intelligent in abstract things (like dealing with people), while men are more intelligent with concreate things (like how to build something).

Someone once told me that all the great philosophers are male because women don't think about the big picture that way. Women are smarter when it comes to positioning themselves within society and using men's one weakness (Women) to gain power and control over them.

I think men on average are smarter than women. More women are graduating from college, but I think thats because men like doing more hands on things that don’t involve the college path. Men typically use more logic when think about stuff and women usually use their emotions when thinking about stuff. But thats not to say there aren’t smart women. I’ve met some women that have blown my mind with how smart they are. Intelligence is probably one of the most attractive things a woman can have.

- most people that are not intelligent are male

Males are more polarised - as they have an overrepresentation when it comes to geniuses and idiots, where women are more balanced.

Men because they tend to be more stoic and conservative, but that said intelligence is not as much male trait as strength, so some women might match a man's intelligence and it fine.
