Guy keeps trying to run into me?

Recently went on a date a hooked up with a guy, afterwards some texting but nothing beyond that. Now since then to now which has been several weeks he has completely changed his patterns to when and where he is likely to run into me. He never texts or says anything about seeing me, but know he has totally changed his patterns based off a few things I said on the date, he’s clearly going through an effort to see me but taking that last step to say anything…. any advice…?
