What does a women feel if you didn't care about rejection?

Girls Let's say you went on a date with a guy and you guys had sex on a second date and the guy acted needy. The sex was great and he is a great person except for his neediness. Then you reject him and you friendzone him. Then he brush it off and he shows that he doesn't care about it through his actions. He is still polite and hang out as friends but it truly seemed that he didn't care about it at all. Does that bother you?
