I honestly think they are equally as bad with the exception of physical only because it's probably the one that u can expirance in the most gut wrenching way finding out your partner is cheating will always be a shit expirance but I imagin catching them in the act of fucking is gotta be 1 of the hardest things to expirance

I would say physical, all the other ones doesn't necessarily mean they'll leave you or take action to. Physical is more unquestionable, it instantly murders everything in the relationship. Emotional infidelity is cheating because that's where it leads.

To me, physical is the worst. All three can damage your relationship, physical would end it.
