Do you agree with this Psychologist as to why you should NEVER DATE single mothers?

Ramani Suryakantham Durvasula (born December 30, 1965) is an American clinical psychologist, professor of psychology, media expert, and author. She has appeared on media outlets discussing narcissistic personality disorder and narcissistic abuse, including Red Table Talk, Bravo, the Lifetime Movie Network, National Geographic, and the History Channel, as well programs such as the TODAY show and Good Morning America.

It's intellectual dishonest to try and prevent any sort of conclusion from being formed by preventing the use of generalization and using the argument of case by case scenario. Generalization are good as it helps us form a pattern which we can then use to come to a logical conclusion that holds for most scenarios. This is basis of most scientific approach. We account for what occurs in most cases and forma model to incorporate that.

@bamesjond0069 it would be an incredibly idiotic thing to do for doctors or nurses to just give penicillin to every patient they have WITHOUT first checking if they are allergic to it

as they could drive the patient into an anaphylaxis shock and kill them

and yes, this is exactly because of what you just said, penicillin generally works a certain proportion of the time, but these other few times, it would kill people

I agree that dating a single mom usually is a situation you don‘t want to get yourself into, but a lot of guys would not be able to get a girlfriend at all if guys never dated single moms.

I generally don't go for single mothers but exceptions can always be made. Also remember that a single mother can be someone who's widowed.
