It's ok to NOT be ok. It's also ok to not be ok with being ok.
Feelings and emotions are normal. It's part of being a human. We have our ups and downs, good days and bad days.
We must find our passion (s). What do we like? What do we dislike? What makes us happy? What makes us sad? What do we get a sense of purpose from? What interests us? What scares us? What type of life do we truly want?
We need to get to know ourselves. If you aren't thrilled with your current situation, why is that? What aspects do you wish to change? What are you content and happy with (trust me, even if you don't think so, there IS something you can be happy about at the moment)? Whatever you want to change, start making plans. What can you do to get to where you want to be? What does it take? What changes need to be made? Start making plans. Take baby steps. You will get there if you keep going and don't give up.
If you're not ok at the moment, it's ok. Know the signs of serious mental health conditions such as depression. If you or someone you know is experiencing them, never be afraid or ashamed to reach out and seek help. So many resources are available. Don't be afraid or embarrassed to use them. It doesn't make you weak at all. In fact, you're very brave and strong if you actually admit you need some help. There is nothing wrong with that at all.

If we were okay with not being okay but okay with being not okay, then I think you just okay whatever you okay with what you okay and that's that; the okayness of your okays are not tied to actually being okay and I think it's politically correct if we just decide that this is okay.
It is always okay to just not be okay with being okay. BUT... we can't wallow in it and let it control behavior and the destiny of the day. Sure, an afternoon on the couch with popcorn, wine, and a movie is okay. Weeks on end of it aren't.

Not unless you're severely mentally ill. In which case you should probably seek treatment.
