Fight with girlfriend yesterday how do I make it up to her?

Yesterday I got into a fight with my girlfriend and she blocked messages from going through on instagram. I tried apologizing but she hasn't responded. How do I make it up to her? I been a wreck since last night crying and in pain I barely slept maybe 4 hours if that. How do I make it up to her?

You can’t stop giving opinion and pros and cons like who cares. Take it easy and try not to judge or be so serious like a truck can hit your face tmrw and you won’t even have a chance to show your teethies any longer
