I lived with, i have always been a clean person, debt free, and he keeps telli g everyone i am nasty, never cleaned messed up his house and that i am gross, not hygienic. Im Upset, everyone seems to believe him

Narcissists are vicious people and smooth so very believable. You are blessed to be out from under that. Do not compete with him or let him know that he is still punishing you. It feeds his buzz and he will continue to do it and expand his attempts. Sometimes, they show up at employment too.
