A girl who’s naturally pretty or cute that can look even better with make-up or the smoke show with fake boobs , filler , and Botox?

I'm pretty sure there isn't a man alive who prefers fake "beauty"? I think I speak for the vast majority of men when I say we are all tired of fakeness... fake boobs, fake lashes, fake nails, fake hair color, fake eyebrows, heavy makeup...

Natural beauty is just what I like more.
I'm not into a lot of makeup on girls, hate fake boobs but I'm an ass guy anyway.
