Back in the 60's bumpers were chrome and the it's assigned task was to put up with the inevitable happenings that occur in the dail use of the vehicle. It was also a location to apply force if you needed a push or visa versa. They might as well not be there now. What happened?

Can get upset but can't really stay mad since the owner of the vehicle took that risk when they lent it out. Certainly doesn't need to be replaced, just repainted... there is a small chance it could just be buffed out depending how deep it is. Hard to tell on a little phone screen

I think it depends how long I've been with them and how they damaged the car. I wouldn't make them pay for it and it's not THAT much of a big deal but I'd still be a bit angry maybe

That is what insurance is for. If a person doesn’t have a clause for lending their vehicle, don’t lend it.
