How do I be less awkward or shy with women? Right now I don't talk to anyone or even get dates? Is this strange or unusual that I don't seek out?

I never did because I always thought that I was bever good enough for a girl. Didn't help with the consistent rejections & ghosting. I have only been on 5 dates my whole life which is nothing I bet for most guys. I just never really talk to women and mostly my boys

you answered your own question. Your own belief is what is guiding and limiting you. That belief probably formed in childhood and maybe you were a sensitive child that didn't figure out how to resolve some things.

you'll need to open your heart, become interested in others and practice engaging with others in positive ways as you build your confidence and new perspective.
