There isn't a specific age that it happens. Aging is caused by disease, so a healthy person does not age at all (not to be confused with developing), if they become sick, injured, infected, malnourished, obese, etc. they receive damage from those things, and if the damage is not healed, that is what aging is.

But, damage can go unhealed for lengthy timeframes, often years, then heal as conditions suddenly now allow, So in that scenario, aging can often be reversed partially or fully.

But, just like how 28 year old cavemen looked like the 90 year olds of today, no one today practices anti-aging based living well enough to have breached age 140, and none of the ones who did live almost that long, lived well enough to look like their young selves at that age.

But it will happen, as we take better and better care of outselves, the human lifesoan will increase (as it has been doing the entire time human's have existed).

As lifespans increase, the length of time a person looks young also increases. And even today, people in their 50s, and some in their 60s, and rarely 70s. have managed to keep looking like their 20s. As long as we take care of ourselves, there is no cap on how long we stay young. To age, is to fail at living.

To clarify, currently, every human to have ever lived thus far, has succumb to injury, infection, or other disease they did not recover from. Life is a minefield.

The Guinness Book of Records recognizes one person as making it past 120 and there is some evidence she was a fraud. (The theory is her daughter, who allegedly died at 36, assumed her mother’s identity when the mother was actually the one who had died, at 59.) A perfectly healthy person, even if he or she eats right and exercises, just wears out, eventually.

I saw some women at my ten year high school reunion who had let themselves go. I’m 58 and a few of my classmates are still fairly attractive. So, women start to age somewhere between 19 and 40 something. I started balding in my twenties.

Women start aging once menopause kicks in that's usely around late 40's early 50's. It also depends on how they take care of themselves. Men ten to age better then women
