Since you asked for all women, this will be a bit long:

First, if you have mental health issues, work on that. You gotta be stable to have a good relationship. If you're insecure, tend to be jealous, have unhealed trauma, or whatever, work on that, a boyfriend is not a therapist, neither a magic pill that will always make you feel ok, he's another person with his own life and issues. And, yeah, of course there's support in a relationship, but it's better to be ok to be able to enjoy together, rather than one trying to fix the other.

Second, after the first part, just being yourself, don't try to fit in spaces where you don't feel comfortable and free to be yourself. Don't act certain way to attract certain men, because if you're hiding or trying to change part of your personality in order to fit, you'll attract people that won't really see how you are, the relationship will eventually fail cuz you can't pretend for ever. Be genuine and you'll attract the right people to you.

Third, it's not necessary rush, learn to be alone to then learn to be with someone else. Love will come eventually.

Even if someone is fine with being someone else's "therapist" I think it's healthier to work on yourself instead of having someone working on you. Yes, there are people who will melt away the stress, but not all relationships work in the long term, what if the relationship ends and the person never learned to deal with their feelings and thoughts because they always relied on someone else? That's not healthy in my opinion.

Try to promote being there for a person through the best and worst times of their life, and give up on sociopathic formulas for relationships.

Most humans are social beings, and need companionship to get through hard times. And there will always be new hard times, new things that pop up that they can't handle on their own.

By your logic, people should break up whenever that happens, and thats just a really crazy way to think. The idea is that only long term relationships are worth it, and if a person leaves ehen things get hard, they aren't relationship material.

People get sick, disabled, depressed, they get frustrated, they have troble coping, they have bad days at work, they have goals they may lose hope on. We need to stop stigmatizing people's emotions.

If the relationship ends that was the wrong person. If they can't deal with their problems alone afterwards, then congratulations, they are normal people who didn't grow up with the "silver spoon" life and no tragedy.

Well number one don't travel in groups with women that will deter men from approaching you to don't be afraid to approach men and make the initiative I know when a woman physically touches me and laps at my stupid joke she's very interested. Then we also put forth more effort into women that actually chase us back and put effort into us and it shows that we're serious. I would refrain from using any kind of dating apps or sites those can be very misleading I would suggest meeting people in real life try talking to friends that have mutual friends that are single and see if you can't do a blind date as a start or go to places that you enjoy your hobbies that are things and meet people with similar interests that's a good place to start

- Have realistic standards (as in, things you can match him in, or have the female equivalent of; don't go asking for a 10/10 when you're barely a 5.)
