There is no instant solution for this. Wait until you find someone you are interested in and then ask him out. If he isn't interested, then let it go and try again with the next guy you like. That's all there is to it.

Have you tried tranquilizer darts and duct tape? Because that's probably the quickest way to get one right now. Outside of that you're probably going to have to put forth effort and endure some rejection. That's just reality! Also don't take it personal. Guys are kind of flaky at your age. They'll get better.
