EMERGENCY dating advice?

I am going on a date with a girl that is extremely sheltered, she has always been with her grandparents never had a phone never watched cartoons, dislikes pets, has a pretty meh attitude says she doesn’t like girl things like makeup, and never watched Disney which I thought was a universal girl thing. I don’t think we have anything to talk about Tomorrow. Any suggestions about topics because I don’t wanna make it a silent date. Details:She is 18 and it’s her first date and well as mine I’m 23

Yeah thanks people I decided to cancel. I went to go visit her the night before the date because she texted me she wanted to talk because she doesn’t know how to read and I was mainly the one who was engaged in the conversation. I tried to be as affable as possible like joking but she seemed like she wanted me to leave maybe because she was nervous? I felt that she was to inexperienced compared to my lifestyle and needed someone better then me who she can relate to.

So whether she was sheltered or not , I think whenever we meet someone new , we are always going to have anxiety on if things will flow correctly or not and that’s completely normal. The fact that you are judging this aspect of her life shows that you may not be compatible with her. She deserves someone that is understanding of what she has been through and doesn’t judge that she has lived her life slightly different than the norm.

I guess just ask her about hobbies and interests and such. Maybe about her life and experiences. If it seems like you're putting in all the effort and she isn't putting in any, I would probably just move on though.

Take her some where she has never been before ask her about the places she wants to go ask what interest she has from there you can bounce off of things for hours and when you take her to some place she will have a lot more to talk about then

I have never watched cartoons or Disney either and I only bought my first phone a year ago, so she is not that rare, but she must have some interests you can talk about. I guess you will have to work that out on the day.
