I mean, if the intentions are all pure, then it can be romantic in a, “It’s the thought that counts.” sort of way…
A more poetic way of wording that would be:
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to hold you in arms until the very end.”
“I want to spend the rest of my life with you. I want to hold you in my arms until the very end.”*
You might consider leaving out the "I want to see you die lying in my arms" line.
Well... Dying in her arms... Why not die together? Jk... It's not possible.. well It's not unromantic but... I would say it is pretty subjective

I'd think she's been reading greeting cards in the convenience store
That sounds really sick and twisted
Wanting to see me die sounds a bit dark.
