He is the type of man that collects numbers as back up, just in case he does not find anyone else to fornicate. It seems to be fashionable to collect phone numbers, thinking that they will use it when absolutely necessary and no other girl is available to do what he wants.

That is a problem of our lax society with liberal mentality. Also, those that give the numbers left and right often don't realize that those asking for it are mere players. I have never given my number to anyone and I am never faced with that kind of problem.

You have to be selective with whom you give your number and never give it when intoxicated. Better do a thorough background check of that person before handing out your number.

This guy will only text you when he is in need to get into your pants and not before.

How frequently do you call/text him? You might make it redundant for him to initiate. Guy have less need for communication, we value time together but when left alone we keep ourselves busy, which means it takes longer for us to miss company. So unless you leave him alone for weeks, you will not know, I think you should focus on how he treats you not on who makes it happen.

Hr might be shy or if he knows you from work he might be reluctant to initiate in case he gets it wrong.
