My ex is having a glow up and I'm still hurting. My friend says I have my own glow up but I'm not seeing it. What do I do? ?

I broke up with him though but I don't feel like I am but my friend said I'm having my glow up but have to see it for myself. Some people said I look better in how I dress too

If you went from "jeans an a t" every day, to basically a dress or a skirt and a nice blouse every day, then yes that would be a clothing "glow up"

You think so? I think I'm hung up because when he sees me he looks upset but we're in the same space at my church and I don't want to make him uncomfortable but at the same time I still want to enjoy myself but it's hard to when someone doesn't want your existence around

This is why I don't date religious people, or people I would have gone to "temple" with (I'm Jewish, but I only consider myself Jewish, I don't really practice it seriously).

Now you have to go to church and see a guy, you no longer want to see.

It should get better over time though. You just have to get over the "breakup time"

Yeah, just imagine if you had gotten married, and then divorced. That would have been even harder, because it's a whole legal process. Which is why I HATE marriage
