Yes they’re being silly
maybe a brag on their “cool piercing,”
and if you both kissed, a reminder of that, or maybe they thought of it.
Other than this, I wouldn’t really know what they were trying to say directly-
especially with no context, other than just their two singular messages to you.
I suppose that is goofy. I do not see the joke in it.
