Could he not want to hang out with me today or does he really not want to get sick?

I told him that I’ll let him know today if I’m feeling better so that we could hang out today ( I had a cold from Tuesday-Thursday) he said that if I had a cough I should just stay in my house because he doesn’t want to get sick again after getting sick two weeks ago but then he deleted that message. And he also said a few hours before that let’s just hang out on Sunday instead of Friday for that same reason. I am not sick anymore though or coughing. Do you think that he just doesn’t want to hang out with me?

He said he does not want to get sick. I would assume you are calling me a liar and i would not get near you ever. We can sense this kind of thing too...

It depends. Personally I hate being ill and have anxiety around getting ill/OCD so I do avoid seeing people until I know they are well over it, not just one day of feeling better (if I can help it), especially if he’s been ill recently that makes sense, I would believe he probably doesn’t want to get ill tbh
