I've been on a couple dating sites. My profile includes my pictures, 2 new cars, my business, brief summary of my profession, books about genetics, etc. On a separate page, I included looking to form a family.

With the exception of one guy, the rest just focused on my pictures and asked for a date. Some replied they were looking to form a family too and only put likes on my pictures, not on my cars nor business. It's like they didn't even bother reading my whole profile.

See the problem is you’re thinking like a female, which ok yes you’re a female I get that. But if you want to understand men you need to think like us. Which means not so much w your feelings. Men don’t really care that you have your own car, your own home or your own business, or your own whatever. We look at looks a majority of the time from the start. Women on the other hand tend to look at how much money does he make, what kind car does he have, materialistic things. Men are drawn to women because of looks, that’s usually how it starts. If a man is interested in you because of what you have financially I’d say ignore him. Most men are wired to be the providers, also at a very young age most of us are taught that as well especially if you have really strong background as far as your traditions. Women who say I’m a boss bitch, I’m a CEO, yes that’s fine and all but women like that are usually more masculine and men don’t want that. We don’t want to be fighting w a masculine female because that’s what will most likely happen. If she’s a doctor it usually means she’s not going to have time for us. Men want a girl who is easy to get along w. I don’t mean she doesn’t speak her mind, someone who’s just dumb and cute. We want someone who isn’t going to create chaos all the time, knowing that man worked sucked today I just want to go home to my wife. Not have confrontations w her everyday, she takes care of me as I take care of her. I’ve been w my girl for 13 years, she stays home takes care of everything there while I work. Not for everyone but it’s worked for us all these years.

Yeah I'm probably thinking the way I see things in a partner. By logic, two good incomes would be suitable if a couple has kids. I like earning my money. It's the great feeling of having things on your own, not having to rely on someone else's hard work.

Logically yes that makes sense but that’s not how men think, most men anyway. Besides if and when you have kids are you still planning on working? Some mothers stay home for the first few years of their children’s lives. So if that’s the case financially things will fall on him unless you’re able to work from home a few hours a week. You may see it as relying on him but he’s also relying on you for a lot of things. I can see too that if you divorce after so many years while staying home to take care of the kids you have no income so yes that’s a hard thing to think about as well. And no men aren’t really intimidated by women who are successful, maybe a handful. Maybe you have the masculine vibe about you.

men still aren't interested in a woman's money. they're not trying to look for another man. working usually means sacrificing other aspects of life like family and a man who does that gets frowned upon by society. when covid-19 first hit, the men who lost their jobs also lost their marriage. the women who lost their jobs kept their marriage.

Most men don't ask for a genetic profile. Having never used a dating app I have absolutely no idea what men on dating sites require but I don't think a complete double helix of your DNA. A woman I used to work with - a smart and funny woman -said "most men will fuck mud"

It doesn't happen often but it's possible. I'm 24, done with college and since I'm an only child, my paternal grandfather (he died on Nov 2020; the virus got him) placed me on his testament. My father (he already has more than enough and didn't want another property) himself prefer me as his heiress and made an agreement with him.

I don't know about guysas I've never pursued a guy. But I can tell you from experience virtually no woman reads profiles.
