Yes. You’ll likely be dead or too sick to do anything fun when she’s old enough to retire. Even with my grandparents who had a age difference of ”only” 6 and 7 years this was the case. When my grandmothers reitred my grandfathers were sickly and couldn’t, and one one of them wouldn’t because he didn’t want to/have the energy, do much fun. My paternal grandmother spent her last years at home with my sick grandfather (who by the way had been healthy and fit his whole life up until that point) who went back and forth from the hospital and this made my grandmother depressed and alcoholic. When he died she got even more depressed and was drinking from morning to night and ate nothing. Started to shit blood, fell in her apartment because she was drunk and was too weak from not eating so she just layed on her cold floor for hours because she was too proud to call us or for help. She got pneumonia from all this and died just a year, almost to the day, after my grandad. And considering women on average live longer then men a bigger age gap will make it even worse for the individual woman who’ll be widowed and likely so rather early in life.
