Is this what Christian guys are like?

I met this guy at a Christian camp and on the second day he asked me if I have investments everything else was fine but he mainly just focused on careers.

The other guy talked about deeper things but he got cut when I made an offhanded remark because he doesn't know how to cook. He was very short with me the entire camp and he said he doesn't talk to the girls at church in case other people that the wrong impression. When I said I told him I don't like him he said he'll try say hi more often.

I would only assume that if you are at a camp for Christians, you must know what the guys are like, right? I mean, you are around them at this camp. I am sure you know more than most.

All I can add is that my husband is Christian. I am not. We come from two different religions. Neither of us are deeply religious. I do participate in the Christian holidays and traditions just like he does in the few that I celebrate in my religion.

He is a normal guy. He works hard, doesn't take things too seriously, including religion. So, maybe the deeply religious Christians are different. I like the holidays. Though, they are relatively new and exciting at this point. I have only celebrated for a short amount of years.

The rest of the details part of the question I don't know what to make of. Sounds like maybe a miscommunication? I don't really get what you are trying to say or what the significance of cooking is. Also, do you make a habit of telling people you don't like them? Seems unnecessary.

Everyone is different. some Christian guys are easy and some are more rigid. Sounds like a people thing since the other member was nice to you...
