So you've been dealt a bad hand, just do your best and don't bother getting plastic surgery or any of that bullshit as it'll just make it look strange when you have kids later on.

Learn to find physically ugly women attractive. And if you can't bring yourself to do that then invest in a lot of hobbies. Because you're going to have a lot of free time on your hands from not dating.
