Why do some people get in the dating world toxic and unheated thinking people will date them like that with baggage from their past? Or not ready for a Relationship?

Because being "healed" is not a black or white situation /healed, not healed. It's a process. And people can help others. You don't get banished to the island of misfit toys and don't get to play with anyone until you're 'right.' That's not how life works.
But there is some truth to not getting involved in a serious relationship if you don't feel ready, able to meet some of those commitments.
