Perhaps, tell him something as simple as this: "Public display of affection at school makes very uncomfortable. you know I like you but i don't want to do that anymore." Make sure you are looking in his eyes and not all stressed out and angry about it.

You're not comfortable because others are watching and you prefer to be more private, which is fine. I never understood why people express their passion so openly and vividly in public. The only time I could understand is if a couple is outside for New Years (ex: Times Square in NYC), it hits midnight and couple wants to ring in the new year with a romantic, long kiss, that's fine. But yeah especially in school, I would rather be private.

Don’t be afraid to say no or ask him to chill. If it upsets him then he’s not a respectable boyfriend. He should be fine not feeling you up in public.
