I'm not sure I'm entirely clear on what exactly "a fuckboy" is. But I'm going to point out the name, and ask whether it really matters if he's attracted to the girl?

He's clearly sexually attracted. That's why he fucked her. But why would he be any more inclined to like her (or even be more attracted to her) than any other women he sees?

Also... I don't understand what you mean by "the girl they first pursued". Do you mean the very first girl that guy EVER pursued? Because otherwise... it's not the first girl he pursued. That's just how it seems from that girl's perspective. To him, there were women before, and women after. Why would he feel differently about this particular girl?
