This could be about anything of value in any way like verbalizing that he's ugly or she's chubby or maybe even trying to make your partner fat by feeding him or her really unhealthy food. At the end of the day it's his or her choice to eat it but I'm talking about the intentions to attempt making a romantic prospect or partner look worse.

This of course also doesn't have to be about physical appearance. Like "he smells" or "she is so boring"
