Is a one bedroom appartement?

Worth it? If i rent this appartement i want be able to rent for another 5 years straight. So getting a New appartement thats affordable is no option. Ill will be stuck with it.

Usually a few extra rooms gives a better value than a single bedroom apartment. Also open up for renting out rooms if you go through a rough economic situation.

Depends on your situation, when I bought I needed two rooms but was looking at 3-4 rooms so I had room to grow and the price, a extra room was just another 10% price increase after all. And if you rent it out you can cut your costs in half.
