Anymore. I hate my life and i hate myself, i used to be happy but now the only thing that made me live and going is my ex and he is not with me anymore because i left him and i regret it.

Hang in there, I was the same way. But at the end, the girl I loved didn’t want me. So I cut her out of my life. And I know she still thinks of me, but I’m not giving her the satisfaction of being around me if we’re not together. I loved her so much that I would often think of suicide at times. But instead, I used that fuel to become better. I advanced my career because of that. I even started taking care of myself more as well. Now I don’t even want a girl like her. If she doesn’t want me, it’s her loss. It just takes time. Hang in there. Please, I promise it’ll be better with time.

Well, that sucks. But I'm guessing you had reasons to leave him, and while it may not have been the right decision, it genuinely seemed that way at the time.
You'd probably do better to find OTHER ways to make your life better; if all you had going for you was something someone else did, you're not exactly starting from a position of strength, are you?
