I’m seeing a guy casually. We see each other a lot and was not expecting that at the start. I’m starting to get feelings for him but I know he will most likely not reciprocate the feelings. So how can I put my feelings at the back?
You just dont have casual relationships if you can't handle it. There’s not really other way. Some people are good at it some are not. You’re the latter. You keep fucking him, you feel more for him. You cut him off, you think less of him.
Stop hanging out with him outside of sex, and after having sex, leave before the brain chemistry and bonding agents start to kick in.

Don't get attached. It's that simple. There's a lot of women I like. I simply don't allow myself to get attached to them.
