It probably has more to do with the fact that she is comfortable with your relationship and your loyalty than anything else.

I'm assuming you love her and she loves you. She trusts that even when a girl hits on you that you won't bite because of the love and respect you have for her.

She also has no control over other women finding you attractive and hitting on you.
