I would have to say confidence comes with knowledge. Just recently I had to give an 1 hour long lecture on nuclear welding etiquette and being a veteran to the field speaking to the students was a lot of fun. No hiccups just get up there be your self.

Men build confidence through competence. If you are some loser that doesn't have anything going for him, what do you have to be confident about.

Go out there and start meeting / hooking up with women. Enter a high paying career that you enjoy / have a talent for. The confidence and the women will follow. Trust me.

Women like confidence because men usually have reasons for being confident. Strength, success with women, money, big dick, all are confidence indicators. Women like those things.

Of course because confidence is success. Guys that are successful have confidence. If they are not successful, they do not have confidence. Bobby Fisher had confidence because he always won. Unless they are insane, ugly guy don't have confidence because they are always rejected.
