If the Human mating equation was always the Males protection and resources for exclusive mating rights are virtue and confidence equal?
Interested to see people thoughts on the two character traits as it pertains to the human reproductive experience.
I can see women keying on confidence as a subconscious que that a man can meet these expectations. Even in a modern world with laws and security. Women are still biologically attracted to these ques.

I can see why men value virtue as it signals the woman will give him children that are HIS. which is calculation women don't have to make.
