MEN: What signifies confidence in a woman to you?

Mostly, it means not being afraid to communicate like an adult (meaning: reasonably). If she has a need or concern, she should be able to tell me so, in detail if need be, and not get angry, upset, or accusing in the process. I suppose it also means that she's willing to try new things - whether that's fixing something around the house on her own to going to a new place to doing a new activity that she's never done before.

Having said that, I'm going to say this - and it isn't meant to offend or be taken personally, it's just a truth. For most men, a woman being confident isn't a core requirement. It's a nice bonus, but it isn't something that we find especially important - certainly not a key characteristic that we look for.

Clear, level-headed communication. If you say what you mean, mean what you say, and generally live up to your word, you are going to be a gem.
