Has anyone lose their desire to date or have a relationship?

I'm starting not to. I'm like a girl when it comes to relationships. I fall head over heels and it becomes my top priority, which leaves more important aspects of life in the rearview mirror.
I need to stop thinking about women and focus on my goals in life. They say love is the most important thing in life, but I'm starting to disagree

I had a year when I dated 6 different girls. Most were just one or two dated but one lasted 4 months and another one lasted a few months too. They all ended badly. I went to a concert with a girl. I decided that afterwards I was going to break up with her. I decided that I was done with dating, maybe forever. The very next day I met my future wife.

No. You can control that. You're letting the outside control you. You're looking at your results and letting it dictate the way you feel and think. It's a losing formula. On top of all of that you're probably ruining your self-image in the process.

I always wanted to date/ have a relationship. But there was a period of time when I completely stopped trying, primarily b/c the results weren't what I wanted.

What helped you start dating again?

My social circle, employment, and income changed. That boosted my self esteem and brought me around more eligible women and suddenly my prospects didn't seem quite as bad.

I guess I don't really think about it. I mean you're only 50% of the equation. Why worry about something you only control 50% of? I just worry about my life and let the rest take care of itself.
