Girls, why are you so shallow on dating apps?

I’ve been using dating apps, paid ones at that and I am getting zero likes/matches and of course no messages. Hinge, bumble, okcupid it doesn’t matter what I use it’s all the same result. I can’t get any romantic validation ever. But women get it whenever they want. Any girl who signs up for any dating app will receive messages within minutes. It’s really unfair. There is no equality between the genders when it comes to dating. Girls have it way way easier.

We actually dont receive messages in minutes. Also when we DO get those messages, its guys saying they just want to hookup, not get into a relationship. So we both have it bad

It can’t be every guy saying those things. Girls won’t reply to good guys who message “Hello we have this and that in common you seem cool!” I’ve never sent out a pervy message.

No you’re trying to speak for me. I like men who look like Harry Potter in his early years but I also like men who look like John Stamos in his younger years. However, i sont like smokers, drinkers, partiers, tattoos, verbal nor physical abuse. I also dont like tall men thank you very much. 5’7+ please. So speak for yourself. At the end of the day, the face is the first thing i look at and if their face is not cute, i dont show them the time of day. Im not into buff muscular bodies and abs so do not speak for me

There could be a guy out there who matches your personality perfectly but if he has a pimple on his nose or there is something about his teeth you don’t like you would instantly swipe left. You would be missing out on a good partner because of that. You don’t have to be that kind of girl. I never focus on swiping on all the hot girls I see because I carefully read their profiles instead of focusing on their pictures.

tbh i always thought guys had it easier for dating, because i felt like women were always expected to “look good” in order to be in a relationship. And literally any man could get in a relationship. But i guess everyone’s experiences are different

It’s just painful when everyone else in my social circle are settling down in long term relationships and it makes me feel left out. There is just nothing I can do but sit here on these dating apps and listen to the deafening silence of no one reaching out to me. No interest. No attraction.

Definitely focus on yourself before trying to find love. Going to the gym, skin care, eating healthy, new hair cut. Dont compare your self to your friends. you're friends could be in relationships, but do you know if theyre in happy relationships? Just because they might seem like a happy couple they might not be behind closed doors yk. Maybe dont waste your time on dating apps and just detach from the thought of getting a girl friend. Its kind of like the law of detachment where you can manifest your desires by just detach from them yk.

Many free dating apps these days won’t even let you directly message anyone. Women don’t need to pay as they get all the attention they want but men do. Try putting yourself in my shoes anon girl.
