Sit and talk together; work out what went wrong and try to fix it next time. Good sex takes practice, and together you can sort it out. Also, remember that PIV isn't the only option; unless you're trying to get pregnant, there's no "wrong" way to have sex*, and you may get better results starting with digital (finger) stimulation and building from there. It's a "lesser" or "inferior" form of sex, and even if you think it is, well, who else is going to know?
